The location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of the town with easy access to shops and facilities. the hotel was newly refurbished and had a modern look to it, which was really nice. the bed sheets were clean and the room was nicely furnished. We also appreciated the self check-in option, which made the process quick and easy.
One of the main disappointments was the room we had reserved with a view. It turned out that the window faced a wall, despite being advertised as having a view.

I had a great experience staying at Bergamo Inn 15. The room was spacious and modern, with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the town and easily accessible by public transportation. The online check-in process was smooth and convenient, allowing me to check-in even at 2 am. Despite the automated system, the staff promptly responded to my calls and provided the access code. The price for the stay was also very reasonable.

Guests can easily explore the vibrant streets and indulge in retail therapy. the hotel is conveniently situated near the central railway station, making it an ideal base for exploring the surrounding areas.
There were some issues with the self-entry system, which caused confusion and inconvenience for guests. The dim lighting on the reader made it difficult to input the access code, creating frustration and uncertainty.

The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the action. It is situated in the very center of the city, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Additionally, it is conveniently located near the funicular to Citá Alta, making it easy to explore the old town. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, with everything in perfect working order. The hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained, including a coffee machine in the room.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

As soon as we arrived, the hotel's luxurious atmosphere pleasantly surprised us. the private facilities were outstanding and we enjoyed every minute spent there. We appreciated the high quality and exclusive amenities provided in the room, together with the relaxing beds, which gave us the most comfortable sleep.
Our self-check-in process was slightly complicated. It took us some time to fill in the information required, and we had to upload several pictures of our documents, which we were not comfortable with.

Great central location, close to transport, restaurants, and shops. Helpful staff organized a taxi for airport transfer. Wish we had stayed longer to explore the town. Lovely terraces on the 4th floor with city views. Modern and clean rooms with convenient contactless check-in. 👍
